This little meditation is just over 10 minutes long helps you connect with the child inside and send her love. This is such a powerful meditation for wellbeing, balance and self care. Everything we experienced in our past that brought feelings of shame, humiliation, fear, grief and other lower vibrational emotions we buried because we could not process those feelings at that time. We formed our attitudes from there and our attitudes formed our thoughts and beliefs. When you allow yourself the time to do this meditation you’ll meet that child again and listen to her, send her love and I do some Ho’oponopono ( a Hawaiian energy healing which involves four statements; I’m sorry; Please forgive me; Thank you; and I love you.) Don’t underestimate the power to shift old habits and limiting behaviours when you practice this.
